Programs

Programs are a great way to reach your health goals in a group or individual setting. Group settings often provide discounts on the program cost and support from others taking up the same program. Results are enhanced due to having connection to others aiming to achieve similar goals. All programs are available in a one-on-one setting, however the cost will vary. 6 Week Group Weight Loss Program 

Join Naturopath & Herbalist Michelle McCosker for your 6 week group program.

Lose weight and keep it off with a group weight loss program.  Have fun while losing weight with group support from others that are in a similar situation as you. We have a small group of people from 5 to 8 participants. This way we all get to know each other really well. We meet once weekly for 6 weeks on the same night and time each week.  Research shows that people who receive weekly support on a weight loss program have long lasting results.

Summary of what we do at each weekly meeting:

  • One hour group program meeting

  • Assessment on how everyone went that week

  • Assessment of who is in ketosis & tips for helping

  • Michelle presents a 20-30 min talk on Nutrition & healthy eating, tips for maintaining weight loss and more.

  • Measure up – hip, waist, thigh, arm

  • Weigh in & bioimpedance analysis (VLA) – go over fat %, muscle mass, weight, cellular health and hydration

  • Overall weight loss & fat loss for that week

Structure of the program:

Week 1 – Introduction to the diet, VLA, body measurements and weigh in with a quick one on one session on your results with Michelle

Week 2 – Review of the diet, talk on EFT (tapping) for food cravings/obstacles VLA, body measurements and weigh in with a quick one on one session on your results with Michelle

Week 3 – Review of obstacles that week, talk on healthy eating, exercise and HIIT, VLA, how close you are to your goal, VLA, body measurements and weigh in with a quick one on one session on your results with Michelle

Week 4 – Review on how everyone is going, talk about obstacles to weight loss & diet VLA, body measurements and weigh in with a quick one on one session on your results with Michelle

Week 5 – Review on how everyone is going, talk on mindset for healthy eating, VLA, body measurements and weigh in with a quick one on one session on your results with Michelle

Week 6 – Review of how everyone went, goals, talk about pulse phase, where to next, VLA, body measurements and weigh in with a quick one on one session on your results with Michelle
